Hello

I am a bit puzzled by the workshop report form.  Perhaps I missed it——when did we decide and inform organizers that they were expected to be able to provide the numbers below, otherwise they'd "face the danger of not being selected to hold a session at IGF 2014"?  

It might be advisable to amend the form to say "if possible, please provide," and to allow submission of forms that do not have all fields completed.
