Dear all,
Hopefully, we will be ready by Tuesday! There are still some issues that need to be finalised.
One thing we have not addressed in detail is how to organise the round tables of feeder workshops. You will recall that all workshops that feed into a focus session are supposed to have a round table prior to the related focus session. The Secretariat is currently working out how best to organise this. The lead facilitators are encouraged to get in touch with Adam who be coordinating this effort. A health warning: these round tables will have to take place in the morning from 0800-0930 or then in the evening after 1800.
The Secretariat has now compiled the list of questions we received as a result of our call for input. This list will be uploaded on the IGF website and is available here as an attachment. Please take a look and think about which questions are best suited for each of the focus sessions.
The Secretariat will get in touch with all facilitators to discuss how best to organise the round tables and the focus sessions.
Please also note that the summary record of our last call is also available on the IGF website.
Best regards
Markus
