I want to share with all. I was President of this organization 20 years
back. In those time we were dealing wirh affordable access, education and
support of NGOs under a Federal Government Grant and other donations.

Now access is mainly by mobile phone with prepaid cards being less
expensive than monthly subscriptions. Now the focus is on programs to help
the community, youth actions etc.

We continued with telephone dial up for decades. Still a viable option for
community based work. Satellite has ofcourse now made universal access an
opportunity ans how we cost manage thar for All is what is critical. Happy
to support initiatives with brain storming on costs. Plezee connect with me

private sector pricing. DDHT wants access for All for ehealth.
