Participants will review and provide feedback on the draft recommendations developed during the 2025 PNIF cycle.

Theme: Preserving the open, free, and global Internet - Preventing, identifying, and addressing risks of fragmentation - Promoting stakeholder cooperation.

These draft recommendations draw on insights from PNIF discussions throughout the year and aim to inform deliberations on:
* The role of the multistakeholder model's role in preserving an open and global Internet
* The WSIS+20 review process
* The Global Digital Compact (GDC) commitment to foster cooperation in preventing Internet fragmentation.
