[DC] Meetings with Carol and the Co-facilitators

Dear all

Greetings, I am not in Norway as have other work committments. As the 
Internet Rights and Principles Coalition has their DC meeting at the 
same time as the meeting with the MAG Chair I will stand in for the 
IRPC, if an online access is possible.
