As a former auditor, I have a lot of experience in applying the COSO Framework, I would like to participate/support this discussion.

There are number of people working in the DCs currwntly who were active in
2003 2005.

Please put a group together for a GAP or SWOT analysis on the 20 years of
work if possible, and analyze  what the intentions and outcomes were and
lessons learnt and establishment of future goals etc.

Please add me to this list if convened. I would volunteer in latre April
for helping a group but right now snowed under with family health
issues...20 years of DC member and Wsis experience is Very valuable for
All. We were in open source then and now Open AI... what hepful lessons
learnt can be applied? We are in a foreign aid crunch, so we need new P3
structures etc.

There can be a lot of sharing. Pitty Harvard erased the data base of
articles... that would have been an excellent reference point unless
someone kept a copy??  It was on wikicommons.

In the Summer I will host a virtual session on this topic for DDHT and I
will invite all DCs.

This is a framework use by many including governemnt. As a CPA I am trained
on it so will share.
