Sorry to hear about your problems, The first question in cases like this is: have you checked your spam filter? In any case, I am looping in Luis who is in charge to IT and through this email I’m asking him to look into this and sort out whatever problem there is.
Also, we do have a WhatsApp chat going for the DCCG - Roman shares much of the practical information with regard to calls, webinars etc on this chat. Just send an email to Roman and ask him to add you to the chat.
