[DC] Submission of the annual DC report

Dear all,
First of all, many thanks to those of you who have submitted your annual report. Unfortunately, it appears that not all DCs have yet done so.
The previously mutually agreed deadline was 31 January - at the request of some of you we agreed to extend it until 15 February. At yesterday’s DCCG call we agreed to extend the deadline until 5 March. (This is also the new deadline for providing input into the GDC consultation.)
The reporting requirement is key to be listed as an active DC. Should we not get your annual report by then, your DC will no longer be listed as an active DC.
Before changing your status, the Secretariat will send a reminder to each DC which has not yet submitted a report. In order to do so, we would like to ask you to send the email address of the contact person of you DC either to Ryan, cc’d above, or to the list, as you prefer.This will help the Secretariat to update its address list.
