[DC] DC survey launched

Dear Avri and all,

My understanding is that you can keep a draft of your survey responses only
if you fill it out after you log in with your IGF community account. I am
copying below the note from the survey's intro. And also adding Luis here,
so he can confirm.

*If you have an IGF Community account, you can load your profile data

the form below and even keep a draft before submitting. (If you do not have
an IGF Community account yet, you can create one now
<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/user/register> and re-access this
form – and any other in the future – with your profile data.)*

Please note that the survey questions are also available as a .doc file
<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/filedepot_download/3737/2491> and
a .pdf file
<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/filedepot_download/3737/2492>. You
can use these to prepare your responses before submitting them via the
online form.
