[DC] DC Coordination meeting #52 | Draft survey

Dear all,

In preparation for our Friday meeting, I am sharing with you the draft
survey for DCs. The plan is to finalise the survey on Friday, launch it on
22 March, and use the input collected for the development of the DC paper
(together with other elements).
