[DC-Interplanetary] Cluster 4 Session at the IGF

Dear all,

As you have seen from my previous message, we are all set for the webinar that will take place next week.
As I have anticipated, I may be unable to attend, because this is conflicting with ICANN83.

Our next task is to finalise our participation at the Cluster 4 session at the IGF, scheduled for Friday 27 June at 9:00 local time (07:00 UTC). I attach below the current draft for the session, that includes the text added by myself and Kaneko.

Next week I will meet in person with the organisers of the session, this will be a good opportunity to trim the details and finalise the session. As you see form the attached draft, we are still missing the name of our representative. I will be attending the session at the IGF in presence, but am not the best person to answer any technical questions, should they arise from the audience. However, I can speak about why DC-Interplanetary believes that a governance model is needed for interplanetary communication, and why a multi-stakeholder model would be the preferred option.

How should we proceed?

Also, please have a look at the draft and let me know if there are any points to be added or modified.
