[Bpf-cybersecurity] Potential topics should the BPF on Cybersecurity be renewed in 2020

Thanks Maarten and all,
Norms are of course very relevant as the OEWG and GGE continue to
progress through 2020. And I do think that it would be worthwhile to
research best practice in assessing the entire stack, from norms to
impact, and back again (ideally).
I'd like to continue to float as I do each year the idea of looking at
best practice beyond the government stakeholder group, and turning to
the private sector. It is also a good time for this, as we have seen
many private sector initiatives in the recent past, some still ongoing,
and those soon to launch like the Facebook Oversight Board. I don't
confuse these with our mandate to focus on cybersecurity, but rather to
uncover the major role that the private sector plays in cybersecurity.
This subject of inquiry would take us beyond policy making, which could
also be a refreshing departure.
