[Bp_spam] Most impactful and no cost initiatives [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hi Everyone

I hope all those in the northern hemisphere are enjoying their summer.  Those of us in the southern hemisphere are still shivering!

I am keen to kick the best practice forum's work off again and want to remind everyone that we are looking to produce three lists in our report of 10 of the most impactful low/no cost initiatives that have been identified in the fight against spam in the following areas:
*         Network management
*         Regulation
*         Cooperative arrangements

So, I again appeal to members of the group to take a few minutes to put together a few suggestions and send them right through.  No idea is a bad idea.

And if you anything else you would like to add about our topic, please don't hesitate
