Dear Susan, all

I would like to thank you and the NTIA for sharing the responses to your RFC. The contributions have been really helpful, not just in terms of the specific case studies but also on reflecting those comments, which many are well summarised and articulated, especially the remaining challenges. Thank you very much once again to the NTIA and to those who have contributed.

Many thanks to all volunteers who helped us collect case studies and the contributors.
They have been really helpful not just in enriching a variety of cases across regions and sectors but observing general trend which is reflected in the General Observations.

Izumi
