Thanks Wim!

Dear Colleagues,

The document is still not complete in sectoral description, and remaining challenges.
For example, we have a blank section on IXPs, Vendors and also useful to have more information on contents providers, data centers and mobile networks, including the challenges.

1.We would appreciate any contributions in brushing up our document before we open it up for public comments at the end of OCt.

  2. If know anyone who can help us with Sections 4 and 5, we appreciate your help in spreading the words especially on:
      - 4.2. Sectoral Observations (ISPs, IXPs, Data Centers, Contents Providers, Vendors, Mobile Networks)
      - 5. Remaining challenges (Both for those who have deployed (5.1) and those who have challenges deploying IPv6 (5.2))

Thanks,
Izumi
