[Bp_ipv6] Additional input for the IPv6 BPF document

Hi Chip,

Thank you for your email, which makes me realise that I've been remiss in
specifying the type of contributions from this list that would benefit the
paper most: Citations and information accompanied by, in the proponent's
own words, some context. Context could be a terse one sentence or, say, a
3-paragraph illustration.

I am spending time searching for and collecting information. Wim and I also
need to build the document with content from the community, and these
illustrations help.

I've added the Cisco example to the document.
