I was on for a while, tried unsuccessfully to comment, and then got booted off.

with regard to focus - the CAUCE/M3AAWG/LondonActionPlan.org <http://londonactionpla.org/> Operation SafetyNet covers pretty much all aspects of cybersecurity that need addressing beyond DNS or DNSsec (I agree these are too limited). I suggest we pick a few topics from this document
