4.	On the question “Other suggestions for our upcoming calls:” the following answers were given:
a.	There are many other groups and institutions (some governmental, some not) discussing and working on AI and they all have their own conferences. It will make sense to try to organize a meeting during the IGF to let them present their work but also look to identify synergies, gaps and ways to coordinate. By now there is no worldwide AI Forum bringing all these initiatives under one roof.
b.	Try to constrain the problem and focus on enabling the use of new technologies rather than on potential problems that might arise. Both the terms "artificial intelligence" and "Big Data" are too broad to be very useful. Rather than proposing government action, focus on best practices that innovators, developers, and businesses should follow. The NIST Cybersecurity Guidelines are a good model (from a different field). They identify the problems to be solved and then provide pointers to the many efforts to address those problems (because there is no single "magic bullet" for any of the problems, different users need different answers, and the problems are evolving quickly). If you do decide to address what governments should do, use an approach like the OECD Internet Policy-making Principles. And for each principle show how a number of options might meet the principles.
c.	I agree with the attendees of the last call who mentioned the need for additional, global participants. Outreach is necessary. I also appreciated the opportunity to review the draft document and look forward to contributing. Moving forward, regular meetings will be necessary.
d.	Consider robotics as associated theme.
e.	Consider reaching out to Internet & Jurisdiction project
f.	Consider which other DCs to approach and involve

So far, the following people contributed: Vrikson Acosta; ; Maarten Botterman; Zeina BOU HARB; Concettina CASSA; Lucien Castex; Lorena Jaume-Palasi; Danko Jevtovic; Michael R Nelson; June Parris; Katie Watson, all listed in alphabetic order to ensure there is no direct link to input provided (respect of privacy).

Happy to keep the survey open if people think this is useful.

Talk to you in just over an hour,
Best regards

Maarten
