[Rpg_hyd] Remote participation track observations

Hello Everybody,

Today inspite of some teething issues with your help and co-operation we had pretty interactive sessions. Each meeting had at least 10 remote attendees with some meetings having many more. 

Linda Misek-Falkoff says: "Thank you for EXCELLENT multimedia broadcasting to all of us participating remotely! Including People with Disabilities just mentioned. It is going very well. Greetings to All the Panels and you too and Hon. Desai. From New York, LDMF."

I am also attaching a snapshot of a session.
