[Rpg_hyd] What about using Skype to allow panelists who could not be here to present?

Hi Betsy,

Thanks for the input. I will ask the technical team to consider this. One
problem I see is realiability of the connection. Skype has always its ups
and downs. But I´ll give you a feedback from the technical experts.
