[Rpg_hyd] DimDim in workshops

Dear Chengetai,

I just wanted to make sure I fully understand this information, in order to
forward it to workshop organizers interested in remote participation who
approach us:

1- All workshops will have their audio webcasted through DimDim (no need to
make a requirement about this to the Secretariat)
2- Questions (text only) can be sent by the remote participants using DimDim
3- Workshops organizers need to appoint a person responsible for
pre-aproving questions? When is the deadline to appoint it? Can they be
included in the schdeule of trainings with the DimDim team?

I thank you very much for the clarifications. That will help us to
reverberate consistent information and will avoid similar e-mails being sent
to the Secretariat.
