When is the deadline to appoint it? Can they be included in the schdeule of trainings with the DimDim team? I thank you very much for the clarifications. That will help us to reverberate consistent information and will avoid similar e-mails being sent to the Secretariat. Most probably Hub in Belgrade, Serbia (to apply today) would be the one to join our sessions. Yet it is possible others would laso. We will have a great group of associates in India, so we will be able to appoint someone to lead. When is the training done? If in advance, Nikola (CCed) may go through a training; he will be with us in India as well. Best! I think Secretariat and IGF Organizers would have to approve this. Couple of points to get this process going: Who will be in the workshop venue in Hyderabad, India coordinating with all participants? That person will have to be trained on Dimdim. Where would be the remote hubs situated? Who would be the main contact person in the remote hubs? They will have to be trained on Dimdim. According to previous explanations, I understand the condition would be to appoint a person that would be responsible to pre-approve the questions send through DimDim, am I correct? Please, let me know the procedure to make it happen.
