Hello Olga,
I am Sundar from Dimdim (the webmeeting company). I will be your primary contact for ensuring that all authorized users are comfortable using the Dimdim software before the IGF Event.
I have created a web form where some details are requested so that we can start the training process.
Please fill up the form located at:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=pdXniYUuats0tX4NzmbXCMQ
Please don't hesitate to email me if you have any queries.

Dear collegues,
the information that was missed from our hub is the following:
The hub will be located in the:
Centro de Capacitación en Alta Tecnología "CCAT"
Address:
Suipacha 128 1º
Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires
The technical manager of the hub would like to know when we will be able to make a test or how we can try the Dim Dim software in advance.
We are still not recieveing emails from the list, I myself recieve a message saying that my participation should be approved by the moderator.
Who is moderating the list?
I will appreciate your comments.
I am copying in this emails my collegues Monica Abalo Laforgia and Oscar Messano who are involved in the local hub inniciative.
Best regards and have a nice weekend.
Olga

Dear Rajesh,
The announcement is already there. I only missed the hub in Argentina, as proposed by Olga Cavalli.
Please, could you give us an update about the possibility to make the proposed schedule more flexible?
If possible, we would like to follow the talks with Dimdim and participate on the training process. Could you add me and Rafik Dammak (rafik.dammak at gmail.com)?
I also suggest we move the following debates to the discussion list, in order to facilitate communication and make the list more active.
Thanks!
Marília

Dear All,
Today I had talk with DimDim team and they want to start interaction with pre-approved Remote Hubs.
We are also waiting for formal announcement of this project to appear on www.intgovforum.org so that we (NIXI) can place formal order with DimDim team.
The only suggestions regarding customization that have come is that video should appear in the middle of the screen.
Any quick comments/suggestion? Time is now fast running out.
Rajesh

Subject: Re: Contact with hub organizers
Thanks Markus,
NIXI and ISPAI, which are looking after all the technical aspects of this IGF meeting, are committing our resources and energy to this project, both as co-hosts as well as in our personal capacity.
In India, we already have commitment from ISOC Delhi Chapter for a hub in Delhi, and from Zensar Business Innovation Centre, Pune (courtesy old Diplo Veteran Nikhil Aggarwal) for a hub in Pune. Both hubs will soon send the information required.
My only concern or request is that this project should not be seen as a "top-down" project, but as a bottom-up effort which got due recognition from IGF Secretariat, and it should be executed as a truly multistakeholder (in letter and spirit) fashion.

Dear all,
We are exited about this project and very pleased to see the growing enthusiasm surrounding the remote hubs. You can count on our full support to make a success of it..
In order to help make these remote hubs a reality we propose promoting it on the IGF site, displaying information about these hubs and encouraging other hubs to form and register with us.
At this stage we would like to know how many of them are expected to be set up. Could you write back to us and give us the following information so that we can advertise the hubs on our We site:
Contact name:
Contact email:
Institution were the hub will be based:
Possible area(s) of interest within the 5 main themes:
Number of expected participants within the hub:
Do you have any pre-meeting activities planned, if so what and where:
In addition, we will upload a remote participation sign-up form for remote participants so that we have a record of how many people participate remotely. We hope that this will add value to the remote participation. (All participants at the remote hubs are encouraged to register.)
Last but not least we encourage those of you who have not yet done so to subscribe to our listserve, to facilitate including newcomers into the discussion.
Best regards
Markus
