In India, we already have commitment from ISOC Delhi Chapter for a hub in Delhi, and from Zensar Business Innovation Centre, Pune (courtesy old Diplo Veteran Nikhil Aggarwal) for a hub in Pune. Both hubs will soon send the information required. My only concern or request is that this project should not be seen as a "top-down" project, but as a bottom-up effort which got due recognition from IGF Secretariat, and it should be executed as a truly multistakeholder (in letter and spirit) fashion. My only concern or request is that this project should not be seen as a "top-down" project, but as a bottom-up effort which got due recognition from IGF Secretariat, and it should be executed as a truly multistakeholder (in letter and spirit) fashion.
