[Rp2010] Côte d'Ivoire Hub Report

Dear all,
Here is the report from our Ivory Coast hub for IGF 2010.
The  themes chosen from the set are: Children and young people, critical  
Internet resources, access and diversity, openness, security and  
confidentiality and capacity building. Depending on the subject, we followed the 
workshops related to these topics. We  could start Wednesday for the technical 
difficulties and themes were  led by a Commissioner of Police, Odehouri Pacome 
and President of Free  Software and Open Source Foundation for Africa, Nnenna 
Nwakanma. Participants to the parliament consisted of Children from Côte 
d'Ivoire, AI3L of @ NTIC, unions of cybercafes and Othher associations of TIC.
Fruitful exchanges have emerged and at the end of the business, we have 
published several recommendations to implement.
