[Rp2010] IGF 2010 Remote Participation Training 1 (19 August 2010)

Dear IGF Remote Participation participant,
We have sent you an email earlier inviting you to attend a training session
on the remote participation platform for IGF 2010 on 19 August 2010 17h30
GMT for the duration of 1h15.
The email contains a link to register for the training.
Please follow the following steps in order to take part of this training:

   1. Use the following link to register to the training:
   https://intgovforum.webex.com/intgovforum/j.php?ED=138000427&RG=1&UID=0&RT=MiMyNg%3D%3D
   2. Join a test meeting: Visit the following link anytime before the
   meeting in order to prepare the software on your computer for our training
   session: http://www.webex.com/lp/jointest/ (it is better to join using
   the computer you intend to use during your remote participation in
   September, in order to make sure the computer works fine)
   3. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive information on
   how to join the meeting.
   4. Please note that we are starting the meeting 15 minutes earlier in
   order to prepare for any possible technical problems

*Those of you who can't make it for Thursday 19 August 2010*: we have a
second training session on saturday 21 August 2010, we will send you the
links on due time.

*Those of you who can't make it to both trainings*, please indicate so in
the doodle link: http://www.doodle.com/5i5nggffpq2nbvh5 we will work on
setting a third training later next week.

*Those of you who haven't yet marked their availability*, please visit the
doodle scheduler ( http://www.doodle.com/5i5nggffpq2nbvh5 ) and indicate
your availability for the first 2 training sessions.
