Dear All,
Greetings from Africa, Burundi
It was very great to read your messages and we are glad to participate in
this programme from Burundi.
The goal of this message is to introduce myself. My name is Jean-Claude
KAMWENUBUSA, alumni students from DiploFoundation on Internet Governance and
ICTs policy. I am member of social volunteer workers and community
development not profit-ASASS-BURUNDI.
I am coordinator of community student movement to DISCUSSE the *“Joy
worldwide” *project on ICTs Centre of Mobile Community Learning to dialogue
with social Entrepreneurs, internet consumers, ICTs users and Medias fun of
music, games, video, film, cultural events organisers and other series.
The club feature video music and film to learn IT, Computer sciences and
Internet Governance Courses and ensure Internet Governance Education through
channel television and community radios, internet web and create public
dialogue and animate socio-cultural events anywhere. The club is very
interested in marketing for not profit, designing quality Education.
My goal to participate in this forum 2010 in Virnus is to facilitate the
implementation of a virtual Hub as a classroom to *increase
college/university student attendance and Teachers/lecturers participation
in dialogue on the Internet Governance and reduce Digital divide gaps in
developing countries.*
My purpose is to strive to create a classroom in Burundi for undergraduate
students anywhere in Africa to take academic course and find scholarships
because it has been noted that there are gaps in ICTs Digital Divide and the
higher rates of university student dropping out in Africa, especially in
developing countries such as East African Communities, Central Re and Great
Lack Regions, particularly Burundi.
To help the achievements of this purpose, I hope that after succeeding
organisation of this HUB we will find:
*University school:*
Universities schools in USA, AUSTRALIA, UK, or anywhere so to have a high
chance of getting them cooperate on such programme. This collaboration would
be established by providing to our not profits ORGANISATIONS with: **
1. CURRICUM AND MATERIALS to be adjusted to Burundi higher Education levels
of Bachelor’s Degree, Masters and Doctorate
2. Under the supervision of a credible university (New collaborators) in the
key countries such as USA, UK, and AUSTRALIA and etc, our Not profit
organisation will launch an online curriculum course
3. When a student graduates from our Organisation online training
institution (university), their certificate will be stamped by that
university as well (new collaborators).
I hoping that we will work together to improve marketing and designing
website for this purpose to enable the process dialogue, e-participation and
learning.
We have developed collaboration processes to organise this hub in Burundi.
Gauthrie Marsha and Jean-Paul NKURUNZIZA were my best tutors on IG and ICTs
courses.
They are working collaborating together to arrange this hub in Burundi.
*With Regards,*
*Jean-Claude KAMWENUBUSA*
