[Plenary] Is there anybody on this list ?

I think it needs revival.
There is a whole lot happening in many places in the IG arena, outside of the MAG.  At least in Africa, I can say.
Today, folks are in Rwanda at the East Africa IGF and tweeting on #EA_IGF

This list could have served for global IG exchanges so that face to face will yield more results.  


I understand, though that the IGF secretariat is low on human-power..

Hi all,

I know this list is not being used and always wondered why. The igf_members list is actually the MAG list. The governance list is the most active list but is, at least in principle, the CS list. 

This plenary list was - I suppose - initially intended as the general IGF list, but it never really was advertised and has remained practically silent since the creation of the IGF.

I was just wondering if there could be any benefit in reviving it. Or maybe not. 

Suggestions welcome.
