[Plenary] Is there anybody on this list ?

Hi all,

I know this list is not being used and always wondered why. The igf_members
list is actually the MAG list. The governance list is the most active list
but is, at least in principle, the CS list.

This plenary list was - I suppose - initially intended as the general IGF
list, but it never really was advertised and has remained practically silent
since the creation of the IGF.

I was just wondering if there could be any benefit in reviving it. Or maybe
not.

Suggestions welcome.
