I am not sure if this list is being used.  I know that igf_members seems to be the one the the IGF secretariat uses to communicate.

Searching through old mails, I stumbled upon the existence of this list (IGF Plenary) that has actually never really been used. 

I am wondering if it is still available and if there is anybody still registered.

Please ping if you receive this mail and maybe it would be good to discuss whether there is any use for that list.
