[Plenary] What should we use this list for ?

Dear subscribers to the Plenary list of the IGF,
I joined recently after discovering the very existence of the list. It is
sad the availability of this tool is not better known and that it is silent.
I am wondering what the appropriate use of this list could be.
Wouldn't it be for instance a natural space to discuss the preparation of
the India meeting after the consultations in Geneva next week ? The Forum is
a nice tool but it lacks interactivity. A list like this one would be
better.
A general announcement could be made by the IGF secretariat to remind people
of the existence of the list and we could encourage to join people on the
various lists we are subscribed to. It could provide a connection for MAG
members to the general Forum community, in order for them to test ideas or
get feedback.
What do you think ?
Best
Bertrand
