Dear Juan & all, I wish the same to you, all of our colleagues and families.

2025, according to a friend of mine who is a nuclear physicist (and thus knows a lot of math and arithmetics), will indeed be a singular year:

2025
PERFECT YEAR

1) It is a perfect square: the square root of 2025 is 45
2) It is the product of two squares: 9² x 5² = 81 x 25 = 2025
3) It is the sum of 3 squares: 40² + 20² + 5² = 1600 + 400 + 25 = 2025
4) It is the first perfect square year after 1936 – Munich Olympics
5) It is the sum of the cubes of all digits from 1 to 9: 1³ + 2³ + 3³ + 4³ + 5³ + 6³ + 7³ + 8³ + 9³ = 2025.
6) Separate into two parts and you have: 20 and 25 and, their sum, 20 + 25 = 45, squared is 2025
7) Also: (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9)^2 =2025
