Dear Chengetai, Dear Paul and Dear Colleagues,



I would like to inform you with regret that I chose to cancel my plan to attend the meeting in Vienna due to the great earthquake disaster in which thousands of Turkish people lost their lives and millions of Turkish people had to leave their homes and cities.



We are working very hard to minimize the effects of this great disaster that Türkiye has been exposed to.



I would like to take this opportunity to thank all countries and their helpful citizens for their financial and moral support from the first moment of the disaster.



I hope that the pain we have experienced due to this great disaster will end as soon as possible and we will be together at the next meeting.
