I suggest there should be at least a local moderator with enough knowledge and experience on the topic. Any other way, we’ll find empty presentations.

Very valid concern there Adam, how do evaluate sessions that have suggested completely online especially the hybrid organization strategy aspect of the evaluation form.

It's been quite painful hasn't it, what with duplicates etc.!
General comment. Reviewed quite a few proposals where all or almost all speakers would be online. Which is fine, we allowed for this. But when such proposals also have a weak or underdeveloped suggestion about how they will manage online and onsite participants it becomes a problem.
I was at EuroDIG last week, the hybrid approach worked well, but sessions where all the speakers were online were a little boring for people onsite. A bit like watching a meeting streamed to a movie theatre. Very hard to generate interest in the physical room. I know people mentioned this about Katowice, but there I think the problem was exacerbated by people dropping out at the last minute and sessions shifting all online. Nothing was really prepared for it. But EuroDIG may have shown that sessions where all the speakers are online are hard to manage and to build interest.
How shall we manage sessions that should (or perhaps should) have been allocated to a different evaluation group?
Best,
Adam

Dear Luis,
I have difficulties with the proposals that have been already evaluated. They still appear in the list. In addition, there is confusion about proposals that I haven’t evaluated yet- they appear as evaluated (with the remarks that I used for another proposal)…
Will work offline and try again later.
Best,
Sooki

Yep, I was doing evaluations last night and the site froze. With ICANN74 and EuroDIG it's not been easy over the past couple of weeks to find time to review the proposals, need the site up for these last few hours please.
Best,
Adam

In parallel, we are going to move to a new server with more capacity, which seems necessary after changing the website version, to avoid this kind of issues in the future.

Normally, the removal of proposals from the “pending” menu when you do an evaluation should continue normally as of today, so please continue doing your evaluations as until now. In some case some is again not removed, and you have sent your evaluation (it becomes visible in your already-done evaluations table, at the same page), please, just ignore and do not re-do that evaluation again, even if it keeps in the “pending” menu. The evaluation of the proposal that you have already done will be considered.
