Dear All,

Thanks for noting this to us. Apologies, it seems our server had some performance issues yesterday, making that the mechanism to remove the proposals from the menu did not trigger sometimes. In parallel, we are going to move to a new server with more capacity, which seems necessary after changing the website version, to avoid this kind of issues in the future.

In any case, all your evaluations are being well received. Normally, the removal of proposals from the “pending” menu when you do an evaluation should continue normally as of today, so please continue doing your evaluations as until now. In some case some is again not removed, and you have sent your evaluation (it becomes visible in your already-done evaluations table, at the same page), please, just ignore and do not re-do that evaluation again, even if it keeps in the “pending” menu. The evaluation of the proposal that you have already done will be considered.

In case you have already done some evaluation twice, it is also not a problem: We will be sure when collecting the results to remove any duplicate. Just please kindly check that you have the same evaluation grade provided.

I think all of us are facing the same issue. Additionally I evaluated 1 or 2 proposal twice and realised it later.

I would like to report an error with workshop proposals, I have realized recently evaluated proposals are not disappearing on the dropdown list.

Could this be looked into, ma not sure if this is only happening to me.

Hello all

I would like to take the time to compliment and thank the working group on workshop proposals.

The format has allowed organizers to be more focused (in most cases).  Also the thought and rethinking the MAG put into themes and the forum title has paid off.
