[IGFmaglist] IGF session proposal: Session title

There is indeed a limit of 60 characters for titles, so the titles fit into the schedule. We are adding an informational line in the form so this is clearer.

Is it only me, but does the platform limits the number of words/characters for session titles? I tried to edit my title but it looses its meaning.
