Please let us know by noon UTC this Friday  14 January  if you have any 
comments on the draft schedule with the understanding that it is a guide 
and  things may change  as  circumstances make themselves known. Please 
also inform us if there are potential clashes with other events that may 
draw people away from the proposed face to face meetings for example.
