Please find below the agenda and Webex details for next week’s Virtual MAG Meeting II.
The purpose of the meeting will be to


  1.  Give an overview on the BPF’s, DCs, CENB and the NRI’s  to the MAG.
  2.  Get an update and status reports from their co-facilitators on work accomplished during 2018 and review any recommendations  for 2019.  If re-chartering is desired, this must be accompanied by an outline covering the foreseen  purpose and objective for 2019 and be received no later than Jan. 22nd, 2019

Ideas for issues that new BPF’s or another major policy initiative for 2019 should  be sent to the MAG mailing list between 10 January and 22 January.

There will be a 2nd Virtual MAG meeting the following week of 14 January to review  MAG working groups.

2 - Review draft of agenda for MAG meeting Jan 28 - 30th

3 - Overview and review of 2018 Intersessional Work & Proposed Intersessional Activities for 2019 (BPFs, DCs, CENB/Other Major Policy Initiative) and the National and Regional Initiatives (NRI’s).

(co-facilitators of the 2018 BPF’s and the CENB will be asked to give a review of their BPF’s, the reference documentation,  what was accomplished in 2018 and whether or not they feel that the BPF should be continued, including reasons.)   (90 mins)
