[IGFmaglist] Workshop Evaluation System

I've finished the evaluation. The site works fine, many thanks to the Secretariat. I think I was more productive by the offline table approach.

Like Danko, I'm one of those people who finds it easier to work offline, and then paste in the results in the portal once I have evaluated looked at them all. In case it's at all helpful for anyone, I'm sharing the document I've created to work through my proposals, using the criteria provided on the IGF website. 

I think that one benefit of doing it this way is that you can get go back and adjust your scores more easily, if necessary, as you get of a feel for the proposals and how they compare. For example, what might feel like a 3 when you are doing your first three or four proposals might feel more like a 2 or maybe a 4 once you have done 30 or 40 proposals and have a better framework for comparison.

I managed to download list of proposals in Excel, so I can evaluate them all first, and then past results in the portal.

Hello everyone,

I’m not quite sure about the conclusion we made during our yesterdays MAG meeting about the additional field Luis Bobo will try to implement into the evaluation form and purpose of the additional field would be to mark a reviewer suggestion to marge that particular proposal with some other(s) proposals. Do we wait for the evaluation form adjustment before starting our eveluation process or we put our merging suggestions into Internal comments field?
