[IGFmaglist] urgent: workshop deadline extension

    Dear Renata,

My concern is the lateness of the extension and it is also unfair to those who have already done the proposals keeping with the deadline. We would also have to cut days off the evaluation timeline somewhere else (i.e MAG and Secretariat's evaluation time). We have already cut this once and we certainly don’t want to postpone the F2F meeting. 

What we can do, which is what we have done in the past is accept late submissions on a case by case basis, extend some leniency to those proposers who have slightly extraordinary circumstances for a couple of days.

Would this work ?

    I know this is a last minute request but I can still see many communities struggling to submit proposals as they only had 1 week since venue announcement.
    
    Please would it be possible to extend until 10 June?
