[IGFmaglist] question on speakers possibly withdrawn from workshop

Hi

A doubt came up on accepting speaking opportunities for workshops

I just saw a workshop highly rated where the speakers don`t do
sessions together (they disagree and criticize each other always) so
I`ll be curious to see if one of them withdraws from speaking.

I was wondering if they knew, when they were added at speakers, that
they would be on the same session.

As I remember from the process flow, the speaker gets an email
notifying they are in proposal x.

At which point in time do they get to see who are the other speakers
in proposal x?

When the workshops sent were published?

Suppose then someone withdraws, are they removed from the proposal?

Or even now, when we have the XLS here at public access.

If someone withdraws as a speaker, do they get removed from the
workshop page on the website?
