my 2 cents.
First face to face meeting is complicated from my side (proposal 1): it is
conflicting with the CPDP international conference (I'm organizing and
speaking) held in Brussels (jan. 29th to Feb. 1st).
I like the idea of meeting at WSIS 2019 in proposal 1 though. Combining #1
and #2 could be an option.
