Hi Chengetai & all,

On Dec.18th I'll be returning to Rio from the North of Brazil, after a
meeting related to the development of a large community networking
project my institute is involved with in the region, but I think I will
have time to participate at least in part of the meeting (hoping for
reasonable Internet connectivity in my hotel).
