Dear Ji,

I would be delighted if you could give me a reference for these Statistics,
i.e.. source would it be China's census?

               In 2015, the male/female ratio in China's total population
is 51.2:48.8.

          In 2016, the male/female ratio in China's netizen is 51.3:48.7.

I completely agree that when you move into addressing policy issues
concerning addressing and identifying the problem, there has to be measures
of quantifying the problem.
