[IGFmaglist] Workshop Evaluations --- where do we make important comments?

I also had one or two workshops so far that could be promising with some fix. I have taken notes on those for a possible discussion phase, so I also support Ginger, Liesyl and Carolyn's points if we can have have an organized structure to flag them.

Thanks for bringing this up. This is a great idea and I would like to support it. It will also make discussion during the MAG meeting a little more efficient.

If there are no formal mechanisms, perhaps each member can make a list of no more than 3 such workshops, submit the list to the Secretariat who can perhaps help to compile a combined list so we can have it prior to the meeting and be prepared with comments?

This was along the lines of what I was referring to when I suggested we might flag some workshops as possible "wildcards"...that could be considered for a few slots for workshops that don't make the "cut" but could be very interesting if cultivated - especially for new proposers.

There was some positive reaction in the March meeting to the idea but I don't know if it got final take up for the evaluation process.

I'd support it if we could swing it...!
