[IGFmaglist] Same Speakers are in Many Sessions

Dear Sumon, Lynn, and all,

We have stipulated in the guidelines that no speaker can appear on more
than three sessions (and the workshop proposer was supposed to verify this
with the "confirmed" speakers before submitting their proposal). I was
under the impression that our tech gurus would spot this in the first round
of screening (perhaps Luis can comment on this?), but it maybe more
difficult than we think. The problem of course is if you have a high
profile speaker listed on ten separate sessions, assuming they will
probably be distributed among reviewers, they can go undetected and be
rated higher because of that name. (It also raises concerns of whether
these speakers were actually contacted for confirmation or not). For the
purposes of this round of reviews (and we have acknowledged that we might
not get it all correct from the first go, it's a lot of tech work), maybe
we can manually make a note of speakers that we note have appeared on many
sessions, with the workshop number if possible. I think this might ease
things out for the tech people if it has to be done manually (in which case
we won't catch them all of course). Perhaps Luis could let us know if from
his end there's a list of speakers that could be accessed with the workshop
numbers they appear on?
