Hi,

Following today's discussion I have updated the Charter.

The paragraph about membership & co-facilitators now reads:

This group shall be open to both MAG members and other members of the
IGF participant community. The group needs to include active
participants from all stakeholder groups including strong participation
from developing economies..


The WG will be co-facilitated by one MAG member and one non MAG
community member, one of whom comes from a developing economy. The
co-facilitators to be chosen by the group with the approval of the MAG. **
