Thanks, Sala, and others for these points. In addition, I would point out
that while the focus of these issues is on SIDS, where they are a critical
and clear example, the points apply to the whole world, 1. because the SIDS
are a global region. 2. the issues affect everyone, not just SIDS 3. the
issues require global attention.
