[IGFmaglist] Proposal for a main session: Gender Inclusion and the future of the internet

Dear all,

I hope this can be included for discussion and consideration. I wasn't
able to participate in the last MAG meeting, but noted that a proposal
was made for a main session on gender - and of course, was excited to
work on this!

So put together a draft for now, and welcome input, thoughts, support,
as well as co-organisers from the MAG who may want to work on this with
me, should it be approved.
