[IGFmaglist] Invitation to Inter-Sessional Panel meeting of the CSTD (23-25 January 2017, Geneva, Switzerland)

Dear MAG colleagues,

please find below the official submission the IGF Secretariat sent to CSTD as part of their formal reporting requirement. 

I was invited to brief the CSTD on IGF 2016 at its Inter-Sessional Panel meeting of the CSTD on the 25th, and those remarks are also included below (a summarized version of the longer report), and may be edited before/during delivery.
